Co-owners Solomon Haile and Rekik Abaineh named Bolé after the Addis Ababa neighborhood where they grew up, where food is always shared from one platter with torn injera. We bring that same spirit to every lunch box and catering order. First time? Start with the doro wat, our celebration-dish chicken stew, alongside crispy beef sambusas and a fully vegan vegetarian combo of lentils and seasonal vegetables — all scooped up with soft, pillowy injera.
